Here at Sheep Sanctuary, we want your experience with us to be as memorable and safe as possible 

Please read through the terms and if you have any further questions before booking then please get in touch 



Booking 


1. Choose your experience 

2. Check the dates are suitable, then click purchase along with how many tickets, child or adult etc 

3. You will receive a follow-up email with all the details and location information 



Purchasing 


Purchase the chosen date ( at present dates are limited but more will follow) 

If looking for a specific date then please message us 

Add the amount to the cart and follow the procedure 

If wanting to do a bank transfer then please message us 



Gifting the Experience 


If purchasing the experience as a gift 
(these are valid for 12 months) 

A unique code will be emailed to your chosen recipient along with the experience details and date 

Bookings are non-refundable, the only exception is if we need to cancel due to extreme circumstances beyond our control.
The date may be moved or a full refund given 



Health and Safety 



All experiences are safe as long as you follow our guidance and advice at all times 



Sanctuary 


The experiences are run alongside our working sanctuary. Some areas will not be accessible 

Due to limited parking on site, we ask if you are getting dropped off that your driver drops and goes 



Your ability 


Please note due to the fields etc this is not suitable for people with a disability, but we can cater for disabilities with a barn experience only as it is accessible but please enquire as this would need to be a private booking 



Dogs 


Are welcome to stay in our on-site huts but we cannot allow on the sanctuary experiences or in the areas where we have animals. So if staying in the huts please either make sure someone is with your dog whilst doing the experience or your dog is safe to left in the hut unattended 



Clothing 


At certain times of year even more so this year as it has rained for such a long time, areas can get very muddy, so please dress appropriately with coats and footwear 



Age restrictions 


Different experiences have different age ranges but we do ask that all children are attended by an adult up to the age of 16.

Children under the age of 13 must share a sheep to walk with an adult 

Spectators who wish to attend but not walk a sheep still need to purchase a ticket as the experience is still the same 



Cancellations/ Refunds 


Cancellations will not receive a refund as you have secured that booking which prevents other people from booking 

If we need to cancel the booking due to extreme circumstances, we will either refund or give you a new date option 




At the end of your experience you can visit our onsite store to purchase keepsakes and all funds help support the sanctuary.

You can also purchase vegan refreshments in our garage 

Please note we are a plant-based sanctuary and request that no meat products or fish etc be brought onto the site
